Terms of Service and Shopping Guidelines

We strive to make your book-buying experience as smooth as possible. For those purchasing physical copies, you may checkout as a guest, but please note that an account is mandatory for e-book purchases to ensure secure access to your digital library. Once your order is placed using the phone number provided, our team will conduct a manual verification call to confirm your details. It is important to know that orders cannot be cancelled once this verification process is complete. We dedicate five working days to verify and process your order before handing it over to the courier, after which the final delivery timeline depends on the shipping company. A flat delivery fee of 200 Rupees applies to all cash on delivery orders.

Do I need an account to place an order?

For Physical Books, you can check out as a guest without an account. However, for E-books, creating an account is mandatory so you can access and manage your digital library securely.

What is the order verification process?

After you place an order, our team will contact you via the phone number provided during checkout. We perform a manual verification call to confirm your details before moving the order to the processing stage.

How long does it take to receive my book?

The total time for order verification and warehouse processing is 5 working days. Once processed, the package is handed over to the courier. The final delivery date then depends entirely on the shipping company’s schedule for your location.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled before they are verified. Once the verification call is complete and the order is confirmed, we cannot accommodate any cancellation requests.

What are the delivery charges?

We charge a flat rate of 200 Rupees for all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders across the country.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Payment Policies and Refund Terms

Currently, we accept payments through Cash on Delivery and Direct Bank Transfer, while credit and debit card options are planned for a future update. For customers choosing Direct Bank Transfer, please be aware that we do not offer refunds once the transaction is complete; however, in the event that you accidentally transfer an amount exceeding your total bill, the extra balance will be verified and refunded to you. For all bank transfers, our team will call you to confirm the receipt of funds before finalizing the shipment. If you opt for Cash on Delivery, please ensure the total invoice amount, including the 200 Rupees shipping charge, is ready for the rider at the time of arrival.

What payment methods are currently available?

Currently, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Direct Bank Transfer. Please note that credit/debit card payment options are not available at this time, though we plan to integrate them in the future.

 

Can I get a refund for Direct Bank Transfers?

No, payments made via Direct Bank Transfer are non-refundable once the order is placed. We encourage customers to review their cart carefully before transferring funds.

What if I accidentally transfer more than the bill amount?

In the event that you mistakenly transfer an extra amount over the actual bill, the surplus balance will be refunded to your original bank account after verification.

 

Is it safe to pay via Bank Transfer?

Yes, Direct Bank Transfer is a secure way to pay. Once the transfer is made, please share the transaction screenshot with us via the provided contact method (WhatsApp/Email) to speed up your order verification.

 

How will I know my payment is confirmed?

For Bank Transfers, our team will verify the funds in our account and then call you for final order confirmation. For COD, you simply pay the rider the total amount (including the 200 Rupees delivery fee) at the time of arrival.
