1. General Order Cancellations

  • Before Verification: You may cancel your order only before our team conducts the manual verification call.
  • After Verification: Once the verification call is complete and your order is confirmed, we cannot accommodate any cancellation requests.

2. Refund Policy for Direct Bank Transfers

  • No General Refunds: Payments made via Direct Bank Transfer are strictly non-refundable once the order is placed and processed. We highly encourage our customers to review their cart and total bill carefully before transferring any funds.
  • Exception for Overpayments: In the rare event that you mistakenly transfer an amount that exceeds your actual invoice total, the surplus (extra) balance will be fully refunded to your original bank account after our team verifies the transaction.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) For Cash on Delivery orders, you are required to pay the total invoice amount (including the flat 200 Rupees delivery charge) to the courier rider at the time of arrival. Since payment is made upon receiving the item, refunds are generally not applicable for COD orders once accepted.

4. E-Books and Digital Products Due to the digital nature of E-books, all sales for digital products are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for E-books once the purchase is complete and access has been granted to your account.

5. Damaged or Defective Items While we take great care in packaging, if you receive a physical book that is severely damaged or misprinted, please contact our support team immediately (within 24 hours of receiving the parcel) with photographic proof. We will evaluate the issue on a case-by-case basis and guide you on a possible replacement.
